Do the prints come framed?
No, our prints come unframed shipped in a secure cardboard box. Prints are typically shipped rolled up to avoid damage and to keep shipping costs free.
What materials are used for the prints?
Our prints are produced on premium matte paper with a smooth, non-reflective finish that feels soft to the touch. The paper is 200 gsm (80 lb) and 0.26 mm thick, giving it a substantial, high-quality feel. It's FSC-certified for sustainability and available in 29 sizes for both US/Canadian and international customers.
What happens if a print arrives damaged?
In rare instances, prints can arrived damaged due to delivery companies mishandling. However, rest assured we will ALWAYS replace a package that has arrived damaged. Reach out to us via email attaching pictures of the damage, and we will send you out a replacement right away.
